Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage telephone and email sales to drive profitable growth
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
• Process product quotations, orders, and delivery specifications
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
• Prospect for new accounts and organic growth within a specified territory
• Utilize digital tools, ERP, and CRM systems to market and promote products
• Resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis
• Gather and report market trends, competitor information, and pricing to management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution
• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP and CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the electrical distribution industry
