Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage telephone and email sales to drive profitable growth
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships within a specified territory
• Process product quotations, orders, and delivery specifications
• Prospect for new accounts and identify organic growth opportunities within the existing customer base
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
• Utilize digital tools to market, promote, and demonstrate products to customers
• Gather and report market trends, competitor information, and pricing to management
• Resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical distribution
