Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to customer requests in METRO halls or via telephone
- Advise and orient customers toward suitable professional kitchen equipment
- Perform product demonstrations and analyze customer needs
- Collaborate with technical experts and financing services on major projects
- Manage administrative tasks including quotes, sales contracts, and invoicing
- Develop sales through micro-marketing actions such as mailing and follow-ups
- Manage showroom inventory and product displays
- Provide support to colleagues during peak periods or absences
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques
- Confirmed or developing knowledge of professional kitchen equipment
- Structured and strategic approach to commercial processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
