Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide consultative support
• Proactively engage with accounts to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Maintain and update the CRM system daily with accurate customer data
• Conduct timely follow-up activities to advance and close sales opportunities
• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive final proposals to customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Complete projects on time and within budgeted costs
• Support sales projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience supporting field service operations
