About the role
Responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field sales teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
