About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field sales teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
