About the role

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and e-mail to nurture, qualify and sell prospects
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Coordinate a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily
  • Use a consultative sales approach to determine customer needs and match services accordingly
  • Manage pipeline of prospective customers through entire sales cycle, from first call to close
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets and quotas

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous sales or customer contact experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with consultative sales
  • Skilled in discovery, conducting presentations, and online web demos
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Previous technical sales experience
  • Experience with Five9
