About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and e-mail to nurture, qualify and sell prospects
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Coordinate a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily
- Use a consultative sales approach to determine customer needs and match services accordingly
- Manage pipeline of prospective customers through entire sales cycle, from first call to close
- Achieve pre-determined sales targets and quotas
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous sales or customer contact experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with consultative sales
- Skilled in discovery, conducting presentations, and online web demos
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Previous technical sales experience
- Experience with Five9
