Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the wholesale market
• Conduct active sales conversations and provide expert advice on products and services
• Develop and expand your customer base through competent support and relationship management
• Drive cross-selling opportunities, including digital services and delivery options
• Collaborate closely with field sales and delivery teams to meet customer demands
• Support and organize customer events such as tastings, wine forums, and trade fairs

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, or Wholesale Merchant) or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in active sales and customer service
• Strong knowledge of processes within the gastronomy and hotel industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for networking
• High level of customer orientation and a service-minded attitude
