About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable and active telephone support to top key customers
  • Manage order processing and support for delivery customers in close cooperation with regional delivery sites
  • Proactively advise customers on gastro-service solutions and promotional products
  • Develop strategy planning with the field sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Regularly review and optimize sales measures and success
  • Collaborate effectively with field managers, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management or Wholesale) or experience in gastronomy (e.g., Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or Chef)
  • Career changers are welcome
  • Ideally initial experience in sales or telephone sales (inbound/outbound)
  • Passion for food and beverages
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and sales talent
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
