About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers within the wholesale market
- Conduct active sales conversations and advise customers on assortment and services
- Develop and maintain a customer base through competent support
- Perform cross-selling regarding delivery and digitalization services
- Collaborate closely with field sales and delivery teams
- Organize and support customer events such as trade fairs, tastings, and wine forums
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale Merchant) or equivalent practical experience
- Ideally experienced in active sales
- Knowledge of gastronomy and hospitality industry processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and sales talent
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
