About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support and consultation to key regular customers regarding assortment and services
- Manage order processing and support for delivery customers in close cooperation with regional delivery sites
- Proactively advise customers on gastro-service solutions and promotional products
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the field sales team
- Regularly review and optimize sales measures to achieve regional targets
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management or Wholesale) or experience in gastronomy (e.g., Restaurant Specialist, Chef)
- Experience in sales or telephone sales (inbound/outbound) is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and sales talent
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
- Passion for food and beverages
