Responsibilities

• Advise and satisfy customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate equipment
• Welcome customers in person or via telephone
• Negotiate rental prices and associated services
• Establish commercial offers and rental contracts according to company policy
• Participate in prospecting and customer loyalty actions
• Manage commercial administration, including order entry and billing control
• Follow up on quotes and payments (dispute management)
• Coordinate commercial priorities with the workshop and assist in logistics planning

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in a commercial field
• Proven experience in sales and customer contact
• Experience in a technical environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Administrative rigor and commitment
