Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with inquiry analysis and manage the quotation process within the system
• Create and manage sample orders, track status, and coordinate with logistics and plants regarding delivery, scheduling, and customs clearance
• Follow up on customer feedback regarding received samples
• Manage the design registration process, including data collection, analysis, and system maintenance
• Support sales in preparing essential business reports such as POS, POA, and backlog
• Provide logistical support for sales meetings and handle general office administration tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years of professional experience within the electronic components industry
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in computer and office software
• Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and the ability to respond quickly to requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP
