About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business at small to medium sized retailers to utilize lease-to-own payment options
- Manage a full pipeline of merchant partners from first contact through onboarding
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and onboarding
- Make high volume outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospects
- Deliver sales presentations via phone and Zoom
- Communicate consistently via email throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Follow established sales processes and prioritize activities to maximize results
- Support Western U.S markets Monday-Friday from 10:00am ET-7:00pm ET
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer contact experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly encouraged
- Ability to work within the specified Western U.S market hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Prior CRM experience or knowledge
