About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise existing customers while acquiring new clients in the mobility sector
  • Handle telephone customer support and acquisition activities
  • Prepare and create sales offers
  • Collaborate with cost carriers, social associations, and commercial customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or relevant commercial training/education
  • Knowledge of automotive, medical technology, or orthopedic technology is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills with a polite and confident demeanor
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
