About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and advise existing customers while acquiring new clients in the mobility sector
- Handle telephone customer support and acquisition activities
- Prepare and create sales offers
- Collaborate with cost carriers, social associations, and commercial customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or relevant commercial training/education
- Knowledge of automotive, medical technology, or orthopedic technology is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills with a polite and confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
- Team player with a willingness to take on responsibility
