Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 1,000 B2B customers through proactive phone, email, and web portal interactions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Drive incremental growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding product categories
• Proactively reach out to customers to generate orders and maintain strong relationships
• Execute national sales initiatives, product launches, and growth programs
• Partner closely with Account Managers to maximize portfolio potential
• Ensure high service levels, including order follow-ups and delivery coordination
• Manage administrative account tasks such as pricing updates and equipment changes

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales
• Experience working with CRM or sales management systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
