Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer contact via telephone
• Provide customers with product knowledge
• Effectively handle all incoming events, such as calls and emails
• Gather information from customers and resolve technical issues
• Ensure orders from existing or potential customers are secured

Requirements

• Native-level Norwegian (speaking and writing)
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• Experience in customer support and technology
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
• Must possess an EU passport
