About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct 125+ outbound B2B prospecting calls daily
- Target assigned businesses within designated markets
- Communicate JAN-PRO’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
- Gather decision-maker information and build brand awareness
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow required reporting processes
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outbound phone sales experience
- Proven success in high-volume outbound dialing (125+ calls per day)
- Experience setting qualified appointments for an outside sales team
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Ability to work onsite in Marietta, GA
