Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact private customers who have performed online property valuations on our website
• Listen to and identify the specific sales plans and needs of customers
• Negotiate and persuade customers to sign service agreements with our real estate partners
• Facilitate and maintain strong relationships between real estate agencies and private clients
• Manage and maintain your portfolio of real estate agents to ensure smooth collaboration

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Fluency in Dutch (bilingual NL/FR is required)
• Strong interest in phone-based sales and negotiation
• A persistent mindset with a drive to exceed targets
• Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a significant plus
