About the role

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to drive new business development.
  • Achieve individual pharmacy sales goals and KPIs through consultative and solution-focused selling techniques.
  • Accept orders, close sales, maintain accurate customer records, and complete all required documentation.
  • Analyze customer program metrics and utilize analytic tools to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote and maximize e-commerce capabilities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in market intelligence to stay ahead of industry standards and marketplace changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to meet or exceed established daily and monthly productivity goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven successful sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and internal business systems.

  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of business financials and market trends.
