Inside Sales Representative - HVAC

Responsibilities

• Actively sell Time & Material (T&M) services to end users, installers, and potential customers to achieve personal sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and closing orders via Oracle.
• Collaborate with the Services Sales Account Manager (SSAM) team and wider Vertiv organization to identify cross-selling opportunities for contracts and thermal products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for quotations through shared sales mailboxes.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency within Oracle, including Sales Pipeline (CRM) management.
• Support proactive T&M sales activities, campaigns, and the resolution of customer invoice disputes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (NVQ, BTEC, CFGS, or similar).
• Technical knowledge of industrial air conditioning systems, HVAC equipment, mechanical installations, or related technologies.
• Proven experience in commercial or service sales.
• Native-level proficiency in the local language.
• English language skills at a B1-B2 level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
