About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements through proactive outreach and manage complex sales support to achieve or exceed quotas.
- Initiate customer contact and follow up on leads to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies, including market expansion and product positioning.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and market insights to prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and process enhancements to streamline the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to overall organizational strategy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience.
- 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales.
- Proven experience in business development, consultative selling, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in sales prospecting, cold calling, and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) designation.
