Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to manage the end-to-end sales process and drive recurring revenue
• Achieve sales quotas and maintain healthy pipeline management for transactional and contractual opportunities
• Manage account relationships to drive business growth and identify expansion opportunities
• Engage with various stakeholders, including customer teams and internal sales specialists, using remote selling capabilities
• Drive lower-value and transactional deals from qualification to close
• Support activities related to product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, and pricing management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines
• Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques
• Strong organizational, program management, and stakeholder interaction skills
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance sales performance
