Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to manage the end-to-end sales process and drive recurring revenue
• Achieve sales quotas and maintain healthy pipeline management
• Manage account relationships to drive business growth and identify expansion opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders, customer teams, and sales specialists using remote selling capabilities
• Drive transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on portfolio expansion
• Support activities including product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, and pricing management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines
• Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques
• Strong organizational, program management, and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to adopt emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance sales productivity
