Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage proactive telephone and email sales efforts to increase profitable sales
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
• Process customer quotes and orders, including quoting prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
• Prospect for new accounts and organic growth within a specified geographical territory
• Utilize digital tools to market, promote, and demonstrate products to new and existing customers
• Gather and report market information regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends
• Resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• High School diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP and CRM tools
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical distribution
