About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery
  • Educate customers and interpret project requirements
  • Develop project specifications and provide quotes
  • Manage leads and follow-ups within CRM platform
  • Generate professional project estimates for metal building systems
  • Enter sales orders and coordinate with manufacturing and delivery
  • Resolve post-delivery issues such as damages or shortages
  • Maintain positive customer relationships as the primary point of contact

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One to Two years of experience in sales or service-oriented industry preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications
