About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery
- Educate customers and interpret project requirements
- Develop project specifications and provide quotes
- Manage leads and follow-ups within CRM platform
- Generate professional project estimates for metal building systems
- Enter sales orders and coordinate with manufacturing and delivery
- Resolve post-delivery issues such as damages or shortages
- Maintain positive customer relationships as the primary point of contact
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to Two years of experience in sales or service-oriented industry preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications
