Inside Sales Representative, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Research and strategically engage a defined book of large corporate accounts to build multi-threaded outreach strategies
• Execute phone-first prospecting to drive quality conversations with senior stakeholders
• Utilize multi-channel cadences across email and social media to support outreach efforts
• Gather strategic intelligence regarding account priorities, competitive landscapes, and buying timelines
• Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account strategy and ensure seamless handoffs
• Manage territory with discipline, ensuring all assigned accounts are actively progressed

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or mid-market prospecting
• Confident phone skills with the ability to engage directors, VPs, and procurement leaders
• Proficiency in multi-channel outreach and sales engagement technology
• Strong research discipline and natural curiosity regarding business dynamics
• Critical thinking skills to develop thoughtful account strategies
• Self-directed accountability and a coachable growth mindset
