About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
- Respond to daily customer requests and provide product recommendations
- Process orders via phone, email, text, and in person
- Learn the specific plumbing product catalog
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and deadlines with suppliers
- Support the external sales team with quotes and product information
- Handle returns, adjustments, and billing issues
- Manage high volumes of requests with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- DEC in sales, administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Experience in customer service or inside sales
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or construction materials
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
