Inside Sales Representative - Diabetes

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate product information, features, benefits, and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals via telephone
• Achieve sales forecasts and drive adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
• Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians
• Convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including active listening and navigating CRM systems
• Coordinate sales strategies with teammates to maximize results within the assigned territory

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated competencies in action orientation, drive for results, and sales persuasion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
• Specialized experience in the Endocrinology or Diabetes space
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory via inside sales
