Inside Sales Representative - Diabetes - East

Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space to Healthcare Professionals via telephone
• Deliver accurate product information, features, benefits, and recommended utilization
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians
• Achieve sales forecasts and drive adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
• Navigate CRM systems while actively listening to customer needs to provide complete information
• Coordinate sales strategies with teammates to maximize results within the assigned territory
• Apply coaching and feedback quickly to improve individual performance and customer experience

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated competencies in action orientation, drive for results, and sales persuasion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Specialized experience in the Endocrinology or Diabetes space
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory via inside sales
