About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of outbound sales calls based on leads and account portfolios
- Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing small business customers
- Conduct needs analysis, present technical solutions, and provide product information
- Prepare technical quotes and drive business growth through Dell solutions
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in continuous coaching and mentorship for professional development
Requirements
- Experience in sales targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMB)
- Strong knowledge of technology, computers, services, and technical solutions
- Proven analytical and research skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to continuously learn new technical solutions, tools, and products
- Basic English proficiency
