About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying corporate prospects across a designated North American territory.
- Manage and grow a whitespace territory by proactively identifying prospective customers in the US and Canada.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social selling, and digital channels to generate a qualified sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists, Industry Sector leaders, and internal stakeholders to support pre-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of outreach activity, prospect engagement, and pipeline updates within Salesforce.
- Leverage sales enablement technologies and generative AI tools to enhance productivity and improve targeting.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding outreach activity, pipeline health, and territory strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Experience with modern sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
