About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day-to-day shipping needs
- Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution
- Organize and manage daily shipments to support service commitments
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy and account implementation
