Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC product offerings to act as a product specialist
• Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues and quoting for light commercial equipment
• Provide superior product selection capabilities, offering alternative solutions to save energy and costs
• Conduct proactive calls to the customer base to drive sales and increase margins
• Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical knowledge
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience supporting a sales team

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and decision-making skills
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation
