About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer advice and sales for building materials to private and business clients
- Create, track, and process quotes and orders
- Maintain customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Support the field sales representatives
- Handle customer aftercare and manage complaints
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Product and application knowledge within the building materials range
- Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office

- Experience with SAP software
