About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
- Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting the field sales representative
- Customer aftercare
- Complaint processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Product and application knowledge in the field of dry construction
- Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working
- Good MS Office skills, SAP is desirable
