About the role

Responsibilities

  • Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
  • Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
  • Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
  • Supporting the field sales representative
  • Customer aftercare
  • Complaint processing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Product and application knowledge in the field of dry construction
  • Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
  • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working
  • Good MS Office skills, SAP is desirable
