About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
- Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting the field sales representative
- Customer aftercare
- Complaint processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Knowledge of products and applications in the building materials range is an advantage
- Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills, SAP is desirable
