Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and drive revenue by selling products and technical solutions through inbound and outbound communications.
• Identify sales opportunities to deliver focused market and brand solutions, increasing market share and margin.
• Respond to sales inquiries and customer information requests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on sales activities from initial contact through to order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal resources, including product, materials, and field sales teams, to execute sales strategies.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and detailed product information to customers.
• Manage customer requirements regarding inventory, delivery lead times, and unit pricing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and manipulation.
• Proficiency with QuoteFX and SupplierWin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or the technology distribution industry.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and WebEx.
• Ability to handle complex assignments requiring significant independent judgment and problem-solving.
