Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions and identify new opportunities to ensure a positive customer experience using sales methodology.
• Initiate and respond to sales inquiries from prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and other multimedia channels.
• Monitor and follow up on sales activities from initial contact through to order fulfillment.
• Maintain and expand sales with existing accounts through high-level customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate sales efforts and strategies with internal teams, including product, materials, and field sales.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and detailed product information to customers.
• Manage customer requirements regarding inventory, delivery lead times, and unit pricing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and basic Excel skills.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or order management software.
