About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to promote and sell services that help digitize dental practices
- Identify, research, and analyze target accounts to build rapport and understand customer goals
- Develop sales opportunities through outbound calling and email communications to drive land, expand, and renew campaigns
- Conduct virtual product overviews and demonstrations to communicate value propositions and capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams to ensure smooth transitions of sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer data and account activity within Salesforce throughout the sales process
Requirements
- 2+ years of Inside Sales experience or relevant sales achievement record
- Fluency in Japanese for professional communication with customers
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite (including Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct virtual product demonstrations and engage in business discussions regarding ROI and margins
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and learning agility
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical knowledge or comfort discussing clinical aspects related to dental services
- BS or BA in a relevant field
