Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class assistance to customers regarding welding equipment, power tools, safety supplies, and industrial gases
• Deliver excellent customer service in person, via telephone, and through email
• Process customer orders, sales data, and quotes within the inventory control system
• Manage inventory by assisting with ordering, replenishing stock, and maintaining current pricing on displays
• Prepare and present effective sales proposals to potential clients
• Monitor and document competitive market activities, including pricing and new product trends
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma (DES)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Experience operating a forklift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with welding products or related industrial supplies
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar computer systems
