About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact potential and existing customers via phone and email to present products and services
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements to recommend appropriate industrial gas and welding solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage and grow a dedicated customer base to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and customer service teams
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to maximize opportunities and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position company offerings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience within an industrial or B2B environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle/SAP) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of industrial gases, welding equipment, or related technical products
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive professional
