Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time
• Maintain customer information and sales activity records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or inside sales
• Experience in the printing, signage, or promotional products industry
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
