About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute opportunities for substantial revenue growth within key accounts
- Build and manage strong strategic client relationships to achieve sales quotas
- Leverage expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple business units
- Manage and coordinate account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on large deals
- Collaborate with partners and specialists to implement territory account plans and improve win rates
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends to recommend improvement strategies
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and planning
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to enhance product utilization
Requirements

- 4-7 years of work experience in account management, telesales, or a related field
- Experience with computers, printers, servers, or storage products
- Proficiency with Salesforce
