Inside Sales Rep 3, Outbound

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent outbound sales activities and manage leads through the sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance goals using transactional and solutions-based selling
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
• Prospect for new opportunities within existing customer accounts and nurture long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting in alignment with organizational processes
• Partner with internal teams to ensure coordinated account management and improved win rates
• Take ownership of sales forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales or tele sales
• Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) certification
