About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit sales calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and conversion metrics
- Provide detailed feedback and actionable insights to sales teams
- Perform process improvement analysis to identify training gaps
- Document findings and maintain accurate quality score records
- Utilize CRM tools and databases for data management
- Participate in call calibration sessions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University on a cooperative learning track
- Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office
