Inside Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation through outbound prospecting via calls, email, and virtual channels
• Qualify leads and convert them into active, revenue-generating B2B accounts
• Manage a portfolio of low-touch B2B accounts to drive activation, engagement, and upselling
• Execute structured outreach campaigns across various lead sources including events and web enquiries
• Deliver against key performance indicators such as lead response time, conversion ratios, and revenue per account
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within Salesforce CRM
• Promote commercial offers, private fares, and incentive campaigns to clients
• Identify market trends, customer objections, and competitor activity to share insights with stakeholders
• Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted re-engagement propositions
• Escalate high-value opportunities to the Field Sales team with full context for seamless handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service
• Proven experience in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify revenue opportunities
