About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling to target accounts in assigned SEA territories to build the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct initial lead qualification using BANT/MEDDPICC criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery and demo meetings for overseas field sales representatives across different time zones.
  • Draft and manage routine sales documentation, including NDAs, LOIs, quotes, and SOW templates.
  • Support pricing requests, track approvals, and coordinate with product and delivery teams for RFP/RFI responses.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs such as call volume, qualified leads, and pipeline value.
  • Collaborate with marketing on event planning and CXO engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or sales development, specifically supporting enterprise software or fintech.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold calling with consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong domain knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), with a preference for Lending and Transaction Banking.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with basic contracting processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders across SEA/APAC time zones.
  • Knowledge of AI productivity tools and an understanding of local SEA cultures/languages is highly desirable.
