Inside Sales Manager (Spare Parts)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the spare parts team, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations
• Provide internal and external customer service for spare parts to satisfy requirements in a timely manner
• Manage spare parts inventory to balance service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risk
• Define and maintain appropriate stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system discipline
• Manage shipping and receiving to ensure accuracy of requirements
• Review customer orders for completeness, terms, and conditions
• Enter and expedite sales and purchase orders as required
• Supply quotations to customer and sales staff
• Interface with Sales and Service departments to support business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Several years of experience in spare parts, inventory management, or service operations
• Proven experience managing or leading a parts or customer service team
• Strong SAP experience, specifically in order entry, inventory management, and material master data
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping terms and import/export procedures
