Responsibilities
- Coach the team through live call reviews, roleplay, and regular 1:1s to raise appointment-setting conversion
- Own team performance by tracking dial volume, appointment-setting rate, and pipeline conversion
- Manage the pipeline in Salesforce, partnering with Sales Operations to monitor lead flow and health
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Inside Sales Associates (ISAs)
- Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and align on process
- Report on team performance and trends to leadership using Salesforce and Looker
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct management experience of an inside sales, business development, or sales development team
- Experience coaching reps through live call reviews or roleplay
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Looker
- Experience with phone systems
