Responsibilities

  • Coach the team through live call reviews, roleplay, and regular 1:1s to raise appointment-setting conversion
  • Own team performance by tracking dial volume, appointment-setting rate, and pipeline conversion
  • Manage the pipeline in Salesforce, partnering with Sales Operations to monitor lead flow and health
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Inside Sales Associates (ISAs)
  • Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and align on process
  • Report on team performance and trends to leadership using Salesforce and Looker

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct management experience of an inside sales, business development, or sales development team
  • Experience coaching reps through live call reviews or roleplay
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker
  • Experience with phone systems
